How can I apply for an apartment?
| Our application is online and entirely paperless making the process smooth and efficient! From our website, click "Apply" in the top menu bar or by choosing a floor plan, specific apartment, then clicking Apply Online. If you need assistance applying our on-site team is always happy to help! | |
What do you look for in the application?
| We use a third-party, independent screening service that will review your credit history, rental history, and employment history. A background check will also be complete. | |
What leasing options are available?
| We offer 4-15 month leases |
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
| We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease. | |
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
| Yes, you can request a specific apartment. We may be able to hold a unit for you, ask our leasing team for further details. | |
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Is renter's insurance required?
| Yes, renter's liability insurance is required. Liability insurance is offered through Entrata/Homebody at $16 monthly or residents can provide their own renters insurance |
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

Do you offer furnished apartments?
| We do not offer furnished apartments. However, you may reach out to a local rental company to rent furniture from. | |
How do I setup my electricity?
| You are required to set up electric prior to move in. Please contact Rocky Mountain Power at 888 221 - 7070 or go to www.rockymountainpower.com. If you have any issues getting this setup please contact the leasing office and a staff member can assist you. | |

What fees will I need to pay if I have to break my lease?
| We require a 60-day notice to vacate and a termination fee equal to 2 month's rent. Please defer to your lease for specific details on the termination policy. | |
What is Stone Creek's pet policy?
| We love furry friends! We require all pets to undergo an application and be added to your lease. We also require a pet deposit as well as a monthly pet rent per pet. Please talk to a team member for more information. |
